Veterans Services

In 2018 the Town of Lanesborough entered into an Inter-municipal Agreement with the City of North Adams to share Veterans services.  Please see side bar for contact information.  There are no set office hours for the Town of Lanesborough.  Please contact the Veterans' Agent to schedule an appointment.  

The Veteran's Agent assists resident Veterans and their families, under M.G.L. Ch. 115, by helping them apply for federal claims for service-connected and non-service connected compensation; non-service connected pension if you are 70% disabled or more; health benefits and prescription drugs; and business, education and burial benefits.  Headstones and markers may also be obtained through these services.
